Quality Controls Analyst- Up to $28 / Hr DOE!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Quality Controls Analyst for our foundry client to start immediately at up to $28 / hr (DOE).

Responsibilities :
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive training programs and standard operating procedures.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our employees have the knowledge and tools they need to perform their duties effectively and efficiently, while also maintaining compliance with industry standards and company policies.
You will also be accountable for ensuring the quality standards are being met with the training and operating procedures and processes, and that internal controls are in place to ensure all internal and compliance standards are being met.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored training materials to address them.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives.
- Make recommendations for necessary controls to maintain or improve quality, training and compliance standards.
- Support the development and maintenance of the client's quality control systems, tools and procedures
- Ensure that SOPs are accessible and communicated effectively to supervisor, managers, and all relevant stakeholders across the organization.
- Gathers samples of raw materials and evaluates them using lab equipment to ensure they meet company standards regarding quality and color.
- Gathers random samples of outgoing finished products and evaluates them using lab equipment to ensure they meet company and customer standards.
- Reports findings to supervisor and takes appropriate next steps for acceptable and / or unacceptable samples.
- When quality problems occur, assists supervisors and other inspectors with follow-up checks.
- Assists line inspectors in isolating the cause of quality problems; offers assistance and provides recommendations for resolving and preventing further problems.
- Conduct daily, monthly, quarterly physical inventory counts
- Communicate physical inventory count results to supervisor and support root cause analysis associated with count variances
- Review of procedures and implantation of continual improvement
- Issuance of internal findings reports
- Adheres to all company, local, and federal procedures, guidelines, and rules regarding the protection of self and plant staff.
- Maintains a work area that is neat and orderly.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formats.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Five (5) years of related experience in the industry required.
- Knowledge of the philosophy, mission, leadership, and planning needs of the organization preferred.

- Most of the time is spent in the production plant or warehouse center. The environment will include, working in the plant production floor where there is weather and nonweather related hot or humid conditions, extreme cold, working near moving mechanical parts or equipment.
- The noise level in the work environment is quiet in the office, but can be loud when on the production floor, warehouse or loading areas.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer when in the office.
- Prolonged periods walking around a foundry.
- Prolonged periods of using a forklift.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- This position will require the use and wear of all PPE and safety equipment.
- Must be available at times to train and / or monitor training on different shifts schedules to accommodate internal teams.
