SUMMARY OF POSITION :
Responsible to operate various types of equipment to strip, scrub, buff, shampoo and maintain floors and floor coverings.
Remove and replace incandescent and fluorescent bulbs, maintain Venetian blinds, walls and windows.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S) :
- High School Diploma or equivalent requiredà Â
- One (1) month of housekeeping / janitorial experience required.Ã Â
- Must score a 75% or greater on a mandatory department knowledge test.
