Job Summary :
We are looking for a dedicated Condo Concierge to join our team, stationed at the main entrance desk of the condominium.
Your role will be pivotal in providing exceptional service not only to guests but also to our valued residents. As the first point of contact, your warmth and efficiency will set the tone for their experience within our community.
Responsibilities :
- Welcome both residents and guests upon their arrival
- Confirm reservations, approve bookings, and address personalized requests
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the property and nearby amenities to offer tailored recommendations
- Manage incoming calls and ensure prompt assistance
- Address any complaints or concerns with a focus on swift resolution and resident satisfaction
- Manage incoming Parcel Deliveries
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in concierge or customer service roles preferred
- Confident, courteous, and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management
- Solution-oriented approach with a commitment to resident happiness
