Lunds & Byerlys Maple Grove is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Operations Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $19.50- $21.50 / hr.
We operate 7 days / week and are open from 6 : 00am-10 : 00pm . For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6 : 00am- 11 : 00pm, Monday- Sunday.

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Operations Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as :
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Supervising and assisting front-end operations including :
- Scanning items
- Entering pricing data
- Processing payment
- Packaging groceries
- Resolving any checkout concerns
- Bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training employees

MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Three or more years previous retail or food service experience desired
- Previous supervisory experience desired
