Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of enthusiastic individuals, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Operational Excellence : Oversee all aspects of cafe operations, including cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
• Inventory Management : Manage inventory control, ordering, and rotation to ensure freshness and prevent waste.
• Customer Satisfaction : Champion a customer-focused culture, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
• Training and Development : Train and develop team members to meet and exceed performance expectations.
• Quality Control : Maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality, consistently delivering excellent customer experience.

Position Overview :

• Job Title : Restaurant General Manager
• Location : Boardman, OH
• Work Hours : Full Time
• Annual Compensation : $50,000 - $55,000
• Benefits : health insurance, 401K with up to 4% annual company match

Required Experience :

• 2+ years Restaurant Management Experience
• High school preferred, but not required
