Key Responsibilities :
- Lead AI Scaling Projects : Manage multiple AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- AI Maturity Assessments : Evaluate and enhance our AI capabilities to keep us at the forefront of technology.
- Streamline Operations : Integrate AI solutions to optimize operations and elevate workplace productivity.
- Skill Development : Develop and implement strategies to enhance AI technology skills within the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and project success.
- Agile Methodologies : Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.
- Azure DevOps (ADO) : Employ ADO for efficient project management and tracking.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager, specifically with AI projects.
- Certifications : Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required; PMP certification is a plus.
- Agile Expertise : Proven experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Tech Savvy : Proficiency in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management.
- Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independence : Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
