Key Responsibilities :

• Lead AI Scaling Projects : Manage multiple AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• AI Maturity Assessments : Evaluate and enhance our AI capabilities to keep us at the forefront of technology.
• Streamline Operations : Integrate AI solutions to optimize operations and elevate workplace productivity.
• Skill Development : Develop and implement strategies to enhance AI technology skills within the team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and project success.
• Agile Methodologies : Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.
• Azure DevOps (ADO) : Employ ADO for efficient project management and tracking.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager, specifically with AI projects.
• Certifications : Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required; PMP certification is a plus.
• Agile Expertise : Proven experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Tech Savvy : Proficiency in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management.
• Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independence : Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
