- Home care nursing experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- A positive attitude : you are a team player, and you work effectively with different teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills with great attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel What will blow our minds!
- 1-3 years of home care nursing experience.
- 1-3 years of field visits and Telehealth experience.
