Description
We are seeking an ambitious individual with strong multitasking skills and a passion for leading others. As a Guest Service Manager, you often serve as the manager on duty and will have numerous opportunities to engage with our guests throughout their stay.
You will play a key role in delivering the RMC difference. You will be responsible for the Front Desk, Breakfast operations of the hotel, while working with these teams to ensure that functions are handled consistently, accurately and efficiently.

What you will be doing :
- Recruiting, training and coordinating work schedules for teammates.
- Organizing, setting expectations and finding efficiencies for policies and procedures.
- Implementing, managing, and training for the telephone shop call program performance.
- Managing Front Desk and Breakfast teams within budget guidelines including daily labor management.
- Training and promoting the companys 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
- Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the RMC culture.
