Legacy Care is actively recruiting a Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Virginia Beach, VA, to deliver exemplary medical services in a post-acute care environment.

Core Responsibilities of the Role
- Deliver comprehensive and empathetic post-acute patient care
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimise patient outcomes
- Utilise Electronic Medical Records (EMR) proficiently to maintain accurate patient documentation
- Engage in professional and compassionate communication with patients and their families
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Completion of an NP degree from an accredited nursing programme
- An active Virginia NP license and DEA license in good standing
- Proficiency in using EMR systems for patient management
- Attributes of compassion, intelligence, motivation, and strong teamwork capabilities
