Our Associate Dual Language Immersion Teachers play a key role in our Montessori classrooms, cultivating high quality learning opportunities for infants, toddlers, preschool and Kindergarten aged students (birth through 6 years old).

Dual Language Immersion teachers speak Spanish throughout the day with the students and conduct lessons under the direction of a trained Montessori teacher.

This is a full-time position as a member of a teaching team to deliver on our mission to develop a lifelong love of learning in our students , while exposing students to the Spanish language.

Associate Responsibilities

  • Play a supporting role in the classroom under the direction of trained, Montessori teachers and work amongst a team of teachers;
  • Speak the Spanish language throughout the day to provide a dual-language experience for students and create and implement Spanish lessons with students in accordance with the Montessori philosophy;
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy classroom environment;
  • Provide basic care and active supervision of young children as needed;
  • Engage in positive redirection to children and maintain a positive learning environment;
  • Communicate with parents as needed on routine matters regarding the health, and care of students.

Associate Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker
  • Minimum Required : CDA or Associate's Degree, or some college coursework
  • Preferred : Bachelor's degree in a related field (Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Development)

Associate Benefits

  • Annual salary of $37,000-$39,000 with future earning potential and career advancement;
