Job Role :

McGill Restoration is now seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team! If you have experience in a Warehouse, now is the time to advance your career!

Responsibilities :

• Load and unload trucks
• Pull orders and stage them for the upcoming job
• Identify equipment in need of maintenance and coordinate with Mechanics on repair
• Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment, as needed
• Work to improve the layout and organization of all inventory
• Perform opening and closing activities for the building facilities
• Assist with inventory counts
• Coordinates with other Warehouse Coordinators on shipping and receiving as well as inventory pricing, etc. to ensure best prices and correct amount of inventory
• Maintains accurate logistics of company tools and equipment
• Enforces policies and procedures of the company and safety at the Oklahoma locations
• Assist in administrative duties in regards to the Oklahoma locations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Possession of a valid driver's license with clean driving history; Med card or CDL license preferred
• Experience working in a construction warehouse; supervisor experience preferred
• Experience with driving manual transmission vehicles
• Extensive standing, stooping, walking, handling and grasping with repetitive motions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated problem solving and people skills
• High accuracy in work, attention to detail
• Proficient in computer programs (Microsoft suite, databases, etc.)
• The ability to travel as needed for local business
• Complete all company training as required
