Compensation :
Starting rate of $20-25.00 / hour depending on experience
Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases
Shifts Available :
2nd : 2 : 00pm 10 : 30pm + $1.00 / hr differential pay
3rd : 10 : 00pm 6 : 30am + $1.50 / hr differential pay
must be available to work weekends

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Thermoforming Machine Operator to join our team at our facility in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
As a Thermoforming Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining thermoforming machines to produce high-quality plastic products.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with thermoforming experience and a passion for machine operation.
Responsibilities
- Operate thermoforming machines to produce plastic products according to specifications and quality standards
- Perform machine setups for production runs, including adjusting machine settings, installing molds, and loading materials
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth production flow and identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments to machine settings to meet specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as Machine Operator in the plastics manufacturing industry
2+ years operating thermoforming machines
Strong knowledge of thermoforming processes and techniques
Ability to perform machine setups for production runs
Demonstrated abilities as a team player, good coorperation, and communication skills
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials when required
You should be proficient in :
