Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, elaborate and document business requirements
- Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with Design / Architectural decisions
- Should be familiar in creating Business process flows, IT / data flow artifacts
- Work closely with the development and architecture teams to design robust and scalable systems that meet the requirements
- municate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project progress and oues.
- Work closely with product owner and assist with backlog
- Acting lead on subponents of overall project
Required :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration orputer Science or Engineering and 8 or more years of experience in the Information Technology area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10 or more years of experience in the Information Technology area AND
- Experience with use case development
- Experience with process modeling tools
- Process reengineering; LEAN / Six Sigma experience
- Insurance application system design / analysis experience
- Experience with Rapid Application Development (RAD) tools / techniques
Preferred Qualifications :
- Advanced Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) skills
- Excellentmunication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Jira
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office including Visio
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Mural or MS Whiteboard
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP)
- Consulting experience
- Proven experience as a Technical BSA in large-scale digital transformation programs within the Accident and Health Insurance domain.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and operations in the insurance industry
- Experience with system integration and interoperability.
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or related field are a plus.
- Agile Certification - CSM, CPO etc.
