Locations : Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn

Job Description : We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Dietitians to join our team at various locations in Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, and Brooklyn.

The ideal candidates will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles through nutrition education and personalized dietary plans.

Shifts :

• 8 : 00 AM-4 : 00 PM
• 9 : 00 AM-5 : 30 PM
• 9 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM
• 9 : 30 AM-5 : 30 PM

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for clients, considering their medical history, dietary restrictions, and health goals.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans to address specific health concerns such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, obesity, and more.
• Provide one-on-one and group nutritional counseling to educate clients on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and lifestyle changes.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to nutrition plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to integrate nutrition therapy into overall treatment plans.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices to provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote nutrition awareness and healthy living.

Qualifications :

• Certificate of Dietetic Registration (CDR) required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or community nutrition setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and dietary management of chronic diseases.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and nutrition-related software.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with nutrition research.
