Responsibilities :
- Build out the research survey platform and experience in accordance with Embark’s long-term vision and mission.
- Work across teams (e.g. with engineering, product, marketing) to :
- Improve the customer survey experience.
- Refine processes and workflows for survey development and release.
- Track, test, and improve survey engagement and completion rates.
- Advise on the storage and database structure for survey response data.
- Be an excellent individual contributor by delivering high quality data, data analysis, as well as thorough reporting and documentation.
- Leverage your deep survey knowledge to advise leaders on how to best tackle problems associated with survey data collection and quality.
What experience we’re looking for :
- 5+ years of experience, Master’s, or PhD in Survey Methodology, Survey Science, Data Science, Biology, Psychology, or similar.
- Strong skills in survey development and testing.
- Experience working with third-party survey tools.
