Job Description
We have ambitious growth goals and are looking for experienced Account Executives who live to win and thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven, high-pressure environment.
Your primary role is to work with prospective customers to align their various departments and decision-makers toward investing in PlayerLync for their organization.
Selling an enterprise platform like PlayerLync requires being agile and proactive in networking with and winning over multiple departments within an account, including IT, HR, Learning and Development, and Operations.
To do this well, you must learn the PlayerLync product thoroughly, listen empathetically to an account’s current challenges and requirements, and position PlayerLync’s product to solve their business problems and goals.
Your communication and presentation skills must be sharp, your enthusiasm contagious, your technical acumen on point, and your systematic discipline.
The totality of your leadership skills will enable you to guide internal teams, partner sellers, and anyone else involved through a prospective account’s evaluation and buying process, influencing decisions toward PlayerLync.
While closing new business deals is your primary responsibility, success will require you to develop your market across all stages of a customer journey, from problem unawareness to loyal customers.
You’ll be surrounded by a marketing team, sales development reps, solution engineers, partner organizations, and customer success managers to support the success of your strategic efforts, all a part of PlayerLync’s team selling philosophy.
What You’ll Do
- Win new prospective accounts of all sizes, primarily medium and large enterprise organizations.
- Qualify new logo opportunities, execute account discovery, align PlayerLync’s product and teams across the various departments of the prospective account, and lead prospective champions and executive buyers toward the decision to invest in PlayerLync for their organization.
- Manage high-volume prospecting efforts with your team toward building your pipeline and developing your market.
- Provide accurate and timely information to management on your forecasts.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and activities in Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
- Stay disciplined in PlayerLync’s selling processes and inform the continuous improvement of our selling strategy.
- Roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to win.
Required Qualifications
- Experience selling a technical enterprise SAAS platform preferred.
- Experience selling to restaurants, retail, hospitality, or other industries where the product is used by deskless frontline workers preferred.

- Bachelor's degree and / or 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
