Salary : $18 / hr
We are seeking a friendly, patient, and customer-service oriented individual to join our new call center in Norfolk, Virginia.
This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual (English and Spanish) professional to provide exceptional customer support.
Job Type :
- Full-time, On-Site (5 days per week, 40 hours per week)
- Must have availability to work at least one weekend day
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer calls in a professional and courteous manner (no cold calling)
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and support requests
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening and clear communication
- Meet quality, productivity, and call metrics goals
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer experience
Requirements :
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer care
