SynergenX / Low T Center is looking for an experienced Project manager to join our team onsite in NW Houston.
SynergenX / LowT Center is a leading hormone replacement therapy company. We currently have 65 clinics in 10 states with plans to continue growing! We are seeking an experienced and efficient Project manager to join our growing team.
This role will report to the Chief Legal Officer and will oversee major projects and related activities for SynergenX and its related companies.
The role is based at our corporate headquarters in Houston, TX (remote candidates are not being considered).
General overview of position
Project Managers are responsible for planning and overseeing all major projects (construction, renovation and certain other technical matters) to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
Project Managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep CLO informed the entire way.
This is all done within the confines of a company's goals and vision. Project Managers are needed on a wide variety of projects, technical, clinical services, IT, and marketing.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
- Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly and maintain project platform for each project. Perform research analytics for best location sites to present to CLO (google earth, etc.).
- Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project. Work with Broker / Realtor to begin project. Acts as a liaison between CLO, Contractor, Broker and Property Management Company.
- Work with Architectural Engineer on design of facility and all necessary systems. Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices (ADA, etc.).
- Coordinate lease acquisition, review and revision between counsel and opposing party. Maintains leases and coordinates with staff sections and clinical staff on needed clinical upgrades, lease renewals and exercised options.
- Once lease is obtained, Project Manager should see project through working closely with the general contractor until COO is obtained.
- Addresses questions, concerns, and / or complaints throughout the project. Coordinates completion of the project and issuance of lien waivers to obtain tenant improvement incentives, if any.
- Coordinates annual insurance renewals in conjunction with CLO for all appropriate entities. Coordinates, in conjunction with legal staff, filing and maintenance of all corporate documentation in support of company organizational and business agendas.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelors degree in project management, business management or related field such as engineering etc. required ;
PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and / or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
Minimum of 3 years experience in corporate level project management
Excellent attention to detail.
Proven ability to multi-task and consistently meet multiple deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong customer-service orientation.
Ability to use good judgment.
