Travel Respiratory Therapist (Rochester, NY)

Job Title : Respiratory Therapist
Duties :
- Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients in diverse healthcare settings across the Rochester, NY area.
- Assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer respiratory therapies, medications, and interventions as prescribed.
- Monitor patients' response to treatment and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Experience :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
- Proficiency in a variety of respiratory therapies and interventions.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and electronic health records systems.
Requirements :
- Licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in the state of New York.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Flexibility with schedule and ability to travel within the Rochester area.
- Willingness to work per diem shifts as needed.
