Essential Duties / Responsibilities, included but not limited to :
- Site visits to inspect and measure existing building conditions and observe work for conformance with design.
- Processed RFIs, change orders, and payment applications.
- Perform CAD drafting of engineering designs.
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors.
Qualifications / Skills :
- Strong personal, organizational, and time management skills as well as a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and work with a group and on an individual basis.
- Ability to analyze problems and work with a team to develop proficient solutions.
- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Projects, etc.)
Education / Experience :
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an Engineering or Construction field.
- AutoCAD experience.
