Shift : Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs / week, EOW, Holiday rotation with core staffLength : 13 Weeks
Requirements :Other Details : Float to like units only. If floated to higher acuity it would be to work as a help all and not take a patient load.
Charting System : Allscripts - SunriseAccepts LOCALNurse : Patient Ratios 1 : 4-6 Nights 1 : 5-6Common diagnosis / Types of patients Neuro- laminectomy, cervical fusion, LESI, belly surgery-ostomies, hernia repair, joint replacement-total hips / knees.
PICC, TPN, Lipids. Fem pop bypass, dialysis catheter insertions, BKA, AKA. DM (dialysis is also located on the 3rd floor) PCA, some epidurals, iv abx, chronic pain (narcotics), sepsis, urgent OR cases.
