Executive Chef for Leila in San Diego, CA!

Leila is the latest concept by Consortium Holdings, lauded by Eater as an immersive oasis celebrating Middle Eastern cuisine.

The open kitchen is a captivating backdrop for a meal that features Persian and Lebanese dishes, along with Moroccan influences.

The menu is guided by live fire components from a fire pit to wood-fired and tandoor ovens. All of which complimented by an expertly curated cocktail and Middle Eastern-sourced wine program.

Consortium Holdings is an innovative hospitality group that prides itself on cultivating spaces that foster conversations, creativity, and dialogue.

At the core of every project is a focus on quality-driven products and environment built to encourage the sharing of ideas.

Leila is bringing on a talented Executive Chef to helm the culinary program and continue the success of the wildly popular new opening.

There is a strong menu in place and this role will be focused on leadership rather than creativity. The team is looking for an individual that is collaborative in nature, has a keen attention to detail, and solid financial acumen.

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Executive Chef with at least three years experience leading busy scratch operations.

Compensation includes base salary in the $90-$110k range, bonus, benefits, and PTO.
