- Responsible for payroll and scheduling (for assigned units)
- Will handle basic office duties inventory / ordering of supplies
- Will gain experience on how to staff medical personnel running reports, creating 4 weeks clinical schedule and updating staffing sheets for each assigned unit

- Will gain experience and understanding of working with unions (MNA & SEIU) their rules / regulations
- You will always have the support of the other operations coordinators

Qualifications
What you need :
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, Access, and PowerPoint
- Experience with UKG Dimensions is nice to have, but willing to train
- Ability to prioritize, delegate and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (written and verbally)
- Basic financial and accounting skills preferred
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with others at all levels
- Ability to adhere to all . standards
- Understanding of medical terminology is helpful but not needed
