Job Description
The Cash App Partnerships Compliance & Advisory team works across the organization to develop and maintain a robust framework for the management and oversight of strategic bank and acquiring partners, merchants, agents, and vendors, from a compliance perspective.
Cash App is looking for a Bank Partner Program Manager to help manage these partnerships by providing subject-matter expertise in banking, payments and card network compliance.
You will report to Cash App’s Compliance organization, managing compliance oversight programs across various partners and products.
You will be a program manager for Cash App's bank partner relationships domestic and international and will lead different Compliance projects.
This role is crucial to the Cash App ecosystem and compliance teams, as it ensures we and our products remain in compliance with our bank partner requirements.
You will :
Program manage bank and acquiring partner relationships from a compliance perspective, including participating in bank partner risk and compliance meetings
Consolidate bank partner compliance obligations into a standardized program and manage ongoing deliverables and commitments
Drive and facilitate Compliance program enhancements across products and markets based on bank partner program requirements
Manage bank partner compliance escalations and reporting
Manage feed-back loop between Cash compliance and bank partner compliance teams
Support third-party audits, regulatory exams, and ad-hoc inquiries
Communicate and engage with business, product, and compliance teams across Cash App, Block, and partners
Design all relevant program documentation, content, and processes
Remain up-to-date on regulatory changes and landscape, best practices and developments in the applicable industries
Qualifications
Qualifications
You have :
8+ years in the compliance industry, ideally with experience in banking and FinTech
Ability to execute independently and work with team members of all levels, building relationships internally and externally
Adaptability in an agile and fast-paced environment
Ability to strategize against competing priorities and identify the important problems to solve
Superb organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Operational knowledge in building a sound Compliance program
Experience in payment regulations and scheme rules, banking and finance laws and regulations

Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.
The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
These ranges may be modified in the future.
Zone A : USD $111,700 - USD $167,500
Zone B : USD $103,800 - USD $155,800
Zone C : USD $98,200 - USD $147,400
Zone D : USD $89,400 - USD $134,000
