Overview
Greets all persons who enter thru Main entrances and provides patient information, Medical Center information and directions to patients, visitors and staff upon request.
Successful completion of responsibilities will create a caring, helpful, professional image for patients, public and hospital personnel in a second shift, as well as days and second shifts on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
Interfaces between customers (patients, medical staff, visitors, hospital staff, etc.) Responsible for accessing appropriate services to meet customer needs in an efficient, effective, and timely manner.
Qualifications
Experience : Must have great face to face customer service skills to assist all coming through our hospital front doors.
Operate PC with working knowledge of word processing and data entry programs. Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
