Compensation : $205,000.00 - $275,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits / Variable Comp / Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary
OneStream is looking for a Vice President of Pricing & Packaging to join the leadership team. The VP of Pricing & Packaging will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness for our products.
This role requires a strategic thinker with deep and proven expertise in pricing models, market analysis, and revenue management.
The VP of Pricing & Packaging will work closely with global cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategic Pricing Leadership :
- Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead the creation and refinement of pricing models for new and existing products.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
- Optimize pricing for different (global) customer segments and (global) markets.
- Market and Competitive Analysis :
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis on a global scale to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Evaluate the impact of pricing strategies on market share and competitive positioning.
- Data-Driven Decision Making :
- Leverage data analytics and pricing tools to inform pricing decisions and strategies.
- Develop and maintain pricing dashboards and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with Product Management to understand product value propositions and feature sets.
- Partner with Finance / Sales Ops to ensure pricing strategies align with financial goals and forecasts.
- Coordinate with Sales to understand customer needs and feedback on pricing.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or a related field, with a significant portion in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful pricing strategies.
- Experience in managing pricing adjustments, particularly in the post-IPO phase.
- Experience in coaching and developing talent within an organization to build strong, high-performing teams.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Knowledge of subscription-based pricing models and SaaS industry dynamics.
- Experience with data analytics platforms and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud services pricing, especially with Microsoft Azure, and the ability to manage their impact on overall costs.
- Experience working in a public company environment, with a strong understanding of how pricing decisions impact investor expectations, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
