Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with our client in hiring a full-time Client Success Manager to lead a team in delivering innovative healthcare technology with a human touch.
An overview of the responsibilities include :
- Client Management and Team Leadership : Retain and support existing clients while managing, mentoring, and inspiring a team to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to client retention and revenue growth.
- Training and Onboarding : Provide comprehensive training and support for internal and external clients on proprietary systems;
develop and update customer service policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with company goals and industry best practices.
Performance Tracking and Improvement : Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as response times and resolution rates;
identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and implement effective solutions.
Travel and Time Management : Manage commitments through effective organization and time management; travel up to 20% seasonally as required.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of relevant technology enabled SAAS experience.
- Proven record with year over year with client retention and upsell growth.
- Experience with healthcare clients, medical colleges and government is a plus.
Other :
- Full time : Monday - Friday (8 am to 5 pm)
- Must be able to pass a background check and screen
- Remote capabilities after 120 days.
Compensation and Benefits :
The compensation for this position starts at $75,000 per year. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
