We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our team at knightsbridgesolutions. As a Marketing Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the marketing department and assist with various marketing tasks.
This is a full-time position based in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.
Qualifications and Skills
- Junior level candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation
- Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and consumer trends
- Manage and update the company's social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
- Maintain marketing databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide reports to the marketing team
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the marketing team
- Assist in organizing and attending marketing events and trade shows
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing department, including filing, data entry, and document management
