Position Responsibilities : As a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) with FirstLight Home Care, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients while adhering to our company's Core Values : Focus on Relationships First, Act with Integrity, Give Joy, Grow Together, and Make a Difference Every Day.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Providing personalized, non-medical care tailored to clients' Service Plan / Care Plan.
- Engaging in companion care activities such as conversation, light housekeeping, meal prep, and more.
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
Effectively managing your time using our designated system.
Accurately documenting completed tasks and communicating according to company policies.
Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' condition to supervisors.
- Responding promptly to emergencies or unusual incidents.
- Ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA regulations.
Participating in quality assurance reviews and evaluations.
- Staying updated on technology advancements, especially relevant software.
- Demonstrating unwavering support for company policies and procedures.
