Job Title : Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish or Portuguese)
Location : Plano, TX
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay Rate : $20
Duration : Temp to Perm
Job Duties : The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the specific department or manager ensuring efficient operations by handling administrative tasks and facilitating communication within the office.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to inquiries.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients
- Distribute internal communications and correspondence.
- Enter data into company databases and update records accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
- Support project planning and execution by coordinating with various team members.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Education & Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate s or Bachelor s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and either Spanish or Portuguese
