- Responsible for supervising and delegating assignments to warehouse team associates.
- Responsible to inspecting all incoming inventory thoroughly.
- Point of contact for questions from warehouse team associates.
- Liaison between management and warehouse associates
- Required to pull / push- cart with product from location to location to fill orders when necessary.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain safe work environment following 5s and Lean principles.
- Advanced level of trouble shooting and decision making involved with workflow (including shifting personnel between functions due to workload)
- Ability to apply prior Warehouse Associate Level experience.
- Assist in training all new hires, follow safety procedures, and maintain safe work environment.
- Work with team members to identify and develop improved methods to increase efficiency.
- Communicate with Warehouse manager on all warehouse personnel issues.
- High degree of professional credibility, including responsiveness, team focus, and interest and ability to perform work in a safe environment.
- All other duties as assigned.
