KHS is searching for our next Project Coordinator to assist our Internal Project Management Office. This individual is responsible for supporting the project management team (Project Manager & Site Manager) with various tasks dealing with project planning, execution, and closing.

The Project Coordinator will also establish an international network with cross-functional department team members for the various responsibilities related to the project scope and performance.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Project and site prep setup for site managers
  • Clarification of spare part packages with new machine orders
  • Order entry and working into ECOS / SAP
  • Processing of PCN (Project change notice) into the system
  • Collaboration with AR / FICO on defining process improvements / changes for template changes.
  • OEM support & planning with procurement / PO requisitions
  • Support with project controlling tasks.
  • Support with project management / site manager SOP creation
  • Support with KPI development through automated systems (Power BI)
  • Quality Messages Support / Resolution
  • Backlog Process (ZMFT SAP Transaction) - Support Missing Parts
  • Sample and Test material requests from PM to customer
  • Media consumption list setup for new machine orders
  • FAT planning with project manager
  • Commercial KO & Shipping Interface
  • System analytics focused around troubleshooting internal process inefficiencies with use of automation tools (Power BI, SAP, Sharepoint, etc.)
  • Controlling responsibilities
  • Working closely with the project management team on supervising / system maintenance projects on OneKHS processes (KHS measurable KPI’s).
  • Preparation & understanding of spreadsheets for project cost breakdowns and dashboard controlling (project milestone roadmap).

Attendance in controlling meetings for improvements / requests from controlling team (international).

Controller / tracking of project deviations with the project management team for proper descriptions and guidelines to be followed for maintaining the Multi-Project Management Cockpit.

Your Profile :

  • Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • One year or more experience in project coordination / management in capital equipment manufacturing
  • ERP experience required; SAP specifically preferred.
  • Proficiency in Power BI
