Are you an experienced leader in the hospitality industry with a passion for exceptional customer service? A very popular and respected nationally-known concept has contracted with us to find a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join their team! Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant staff, ensuring top-notch customer service.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve high performance standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of necessary supplies.
  • Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Analyze financial data, including sales, labor, and inventory reports to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations by overseeing and enforcing company policies.
  • Support in scheduling staff to optimize labor efficiency while maintaining service quality.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and community events to increase restaurant visibility and customer loyalty.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an assistant management within a full-serve restaurant environment.
  • No more than 2 employers in the last 5 years or 3 in the last 9 years. (Exceptions for closed or sold restaurants).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and train a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-stress situations effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivation.
  • Ability to oversee inventory control and perform basic financial tasks.
  • Creative ability to work with the community and build sales.
  • Knowledge of finances, budgetting, and accounting within restaurants.
