Northern Iron and Machine is looking for experienced CNC machinist! We are under new ownership, and a part of the Lawton Standard family of foundries.
If you are an experienced CNC Machinist, we have a great opportunity for you!
Pay :
Starting at $30 or higher (depending on experience)
What is the position and hours?
- Machinist and set up position
- 1st shift- 6 : 00AM-4 : 30PM. Monday through Thursday. Occasional overtime on Fridays if needed.
- Swing shift- 11 : 30 AM - 10 : 00 PM. Monday through Thursday. Occasional overtime on Fridays if needed.
Minimum requirements :
- 5 years set up on lathes (horizontal mills and lathes preferred)
- Experience running cast iron
- Experience with live tooling
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot programs / tooling for finish and dimensional issues
- Demonstrated ability to edit / program on the control
- Candidates will have to pass physical assessment and have a clear drug screen
