Warehouse / Driver Associate

at Motive Companies Nampa, ID Purpose and scope :

Driver / Warehouse workers are responsible for performing an array of duties such as pulling outgoing orders, labeling product, and helping to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Driver / Warehouse employees will deliver product to customers, pick up cores, warranties and occasionally payments.

Responsibilities :

Pull and prepare orders for delivery.
Label product if needed.
Safely deliver product to the customer
Pick up and return cores and warranties.
Follow directions.
Account for pulled product and paperwork
Have a positive attitude / Customer friendly
Assist in warehouse as needed.

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs.

Work Environment :

Must be able to follow directions.
Be detail oriented
Must have great communication skills and service oriented.

Education and Training :

Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Must have a valid Drivers License.
Min 1 years of driving experience required
