Interim Chief Financial Officer

Are you a seasoned financial leader ready to take on an impactful role in a community-focused healthcare environment? We are seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Clarke County Hospital.
This is a terrific opportunity to join a top healthcare organization, renowned for their unwavering commitment to our team members and the communities we serve.
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) oversees all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, audits, tax planning, and financial planning activities within the hospital, while collaborating with system management to establish goals and objectives.
This person will actively participate in performance improvement activities, represent the hospital in meetings, and manage administrative aspects of the department, including staff evaluations and budgeting.
Additionally, the CFO provides regular presentations to the Board on financial matters.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business; Master's degree, preferred
- Five years’ experience in healthcare related accounting and management
- Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
- CPA and HFMA Fellow status, preferred
