Senior Associate Attorney
Los Angeles, CA
Base Salary : $100-170k a year

RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SENIOR ASSOCIATE :
- Manage a caseload of complex legal matters and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Lead a litigation team and manage junior associates, paralegals, legal assistants
- Handle cases from inception through trial
- Work closely with clients to understand their legal needs and provide effective solutions
- Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations in California
- Work with leadership to develop your own client base and referral sources
- Participate in local, state, and national trial lawyer associations
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California Bar
- At least 5 years of experience in personal injury and sexual abuse / assault. Experience in medical malpractice, elder abuse, or related areas of plaintiff's litigation preferred
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing high-volume caseload and meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
