Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in oral surgery procedures, including dental implants and other surgical interventions
- Administer the set up, ordering and providing the flow as the DA-2
- Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment, training as the supportive DA-2
- Providing Steri Tech for larger surgical cases, keeping our flow in top shape.
- Monitoring the Order surgical and dental supplies for upcoming cases, often 2-4 weeks in advance
- Work with clinical liaison to support Lead Surgical Assistants to coordinate larger surgical cases, maintaining digital reminders
- As the DA-2' s in place to support your larger cases and the flow of sterilization.
- Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout surgical procedures and attend to our new patient experience chairside with Doctor, in exams.
- Maintain meticulous notes to the team of Treatment Coordinators, to support the building of a Treatment Plan.
- Be an integral part of a TEAM - see below, to provide exceptional dental care.

Requirements :
- Experience as an DA or RDA - or Oral Surgery or Perio Dental Assistant
- Expertise in surgical environment, dental implants, and dental surgery
- Strong knowledge helpful, in the flow of Dental Implants, from placement, to restoration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, quick keyboarding and use of the PC
- Technology and the use of PC at above average level to embrace a digital environment with new software's
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, knowing how to be respectful in team environment
- Personal best, and ethics, as a self starter, with little to no Supervision.
- Humble ability to learn from the ground up, taking expert skills to the highest level.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care
