Job Description : Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families regarding care processes and post-discharge instructions.- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to safety and infection control standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in critical care nursing.This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
