As a Senior Program Manager, you will be the main point of contact for clients and responsible for the successful completion of ground-up data centers.

Your Job Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, from proposal and negotiations to project completion and follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and promoting the firm's services for future projects
- Identify project resources and coordinate with Engineering Managers to determine staffing and assignments
- Engage specialized resources as needed and coordinate support services
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's organization, key personnel, and culture, and tailor services accordingly
- Create and execute project work plans and schedules using company processes, continuously updating them as needed
- Assist in training and mentoring project management support team members
Your Requirements and Qualifications :
- This position requires a strong understanding of the mission-critical industry and experience in renovation and greenfield construction projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with diverse, geographically dispersed team members using virtual technology and in-person meetings
- Registration as a Professional Engineer or Architect, or the willingness and determination to become licensed
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from a four-year college or university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering or Construction Management in the Mission-Critical industry
- Occasional travel availability
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to pass background checks or security screenings required by clients
- Compliance with the Covid-19 vaccination requirement for federal contractors
Salary range of $115,000-$180,000, based on experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant
