Position Overview & Responsibilities
- Shared responsibility for daily restaurant operations increasing profit and enhancing the guest experience.
- Report to and support General Manager
- Promote a teaching and learning environment
- P&L, Bar cost, and inventory management
- Please Guests by providing an amazing atmosphere with a great dining experience
- Ability to partner and build relationships with management, colleagues, and vendors while demonstrating leadership and integrity and promoting team success
- The ability to attract and develop a quality staff of A players.
- Unfailing work ethic
- Ability to motivate others to accomplish goals
- Knowledge of food specs and execution

Position Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant General Manager in full service restaurant with bar
- Minimum of $3 million annual revenue experience
- Professional appearance
- You must have full flexibility with your schedule.
- Good longevity in current and past positions.
- No more than 3-4 jobs in the last 10 years
- Overall responsibility for a single full-service restaurant & bar
- Manage staff (schedule, assist in training, handle issues, etc.)
- Ensure policies & procedures are upheld
- Ensure store cleanliness and general upkeep, etc.
- Participate in sales programs
- Other tasks as needed to run a successful unit
- Strong understanding of local store marketing and community involvement
