Were looking for entry-level Tire Repair Technicians with at least 6 months of experience in the professional repair industry to build an exciting career at Carvana.

As a member of the Fleet Maintenance team, youll complete tire safety checks, preventative maintenance and tire repairs on our vehicle haulers and trailers in a timely manner and up to Carvana standards.

Were looking for motivated team players to :

Perform brake and tire repair for all heavy equipment in our fleet in alignment with Carvana standards. Inspect all equipment regularly and perform light diagnostics, troubleshooting, and electrical work.

Maintain accurate and proper records for all repairs performed on our fleet (including parts records). Replace and repair all tires within the TIA parameters and guidelines.

Pass and maintain the DTNA Warranty course.

General qualifications and requirements include :

• At least 6 months experience in Heavy Class 8 Mechanical Industry or a similar industry.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Must have your own tools to complete daily tasks, specialty tools will be provided by Carvana.
• Requires standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking and stooping, pushing and / or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance.
• Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
• Ability to communicate and interact with others effectively in a professional, courteous manner.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and oral.
