Job Duties :
- Spearhead the development, testing, and implementation of all programming and electrical controls across our facilities.
- Oversee the management and upgradation of programmable controller platforms, graphical user interfaces, gateways, and AC / DC electrical schematics.
- Troubleshoot and debug electrical and programming issues, ensuring seamless operations.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for personnel, equipping them with operational and technical knowledge.
- Manage the inventory of print libraries, archives, and backups for all machines, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain accurate electrical schematics for effective troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in programming and electrical controls.
Qualifications :
- Proven expertise in electrical systems, including VFDs, servos, high and low voltage troubleshooting.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, modifying, and optimizing PLC-GUI programming and controls.
- Skilled in using laptops for PLC troubleshooting and guiding maintenance technicians.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to scales, x-rays, checkweighers, VFDs, servos, safety modules, and drive faults.
- Familiarity with PID loops and experience in making PLC program modifications and tuning adjustments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical schematic one-line drawing development (preferred).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD mechanical drawing development (preferred).
- NFPA 70E Arc Flash safety certification (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a collaborative mindset.
