Business Systems Analyst (Oracle EBS - Financials)

Compensation : $120,000.00 - $150,000.00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Implement industry best practices in Oracle R12 EBS for Financials processes (OTC, PTP & RTR) to drive efficiency and promote innovation.
• Conduct thorough fit-gap analysis, develop effective solutions, and author detailed functional specifications for transformation projects.
• Lead end-to-end system development phases, focusing on timely delivery and exceeding client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction while ensuring Information Security and SOX compliance.
• Provide expert troubleshooting support, resolve complex software application issues, and spearhead automation initiatives for optimized processes.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for effective application updates and enhancements.
• Present high-quality presentations that address operational challenges and propose actionable solutions.

Minimum Position Qualifications :

• 7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS R12 (R12.2.9+), particularly in the financials domain.
• Proven track record in the configuration, implementation, and integration of Oracle EBS with other SaaS solutions.
• Strong capability in capturing requirements and translating them into comprehensive functional specifications and project plans.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Reston, VA or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. as a citizen or Green Card holder. H-1B visa holders with an approved I-140 or substantial period remaining are also considered.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Demonstrated experience in managing and successfully delivering large-scale projects.
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley processes and controls, emphasizing compliance in financial operations.
