Specifics of Your Role as a Medical Director *Full time position *0.5 FTE Administrative *0.5 FTE Clinical Ideal candidate is *data driven*, *innovative* and *entrepreneurial Serves as the *senior medical administrative leader* by providing *liaison* and *supervisory support* between the *employer-based clinics and other departments, specialties, and service lines of Parkview Health Works effectively with *administrative dyad partner Leads or participates in *process improvement activities* with various teams to develop *efficient, best practice processes* to ensure *timeliness in care delivery Collaborates with the employer on the *optimal design of the clinic experience Holds an active role in developing appropriate *evidence-based protocols*, *education*, and overall *clinical strategy* for the employer- based clinics* Provides *active input* and *attends meetings* as necessary to discuss the *recruitment, onboarding and orientation of providers and clinical staff Acts as a *servant leader* by rounding on the clinic physicians, advanced practice providers and coworkers to monitor provider concerns, understand and remove barriers to getting work done efficiently, provides education and oversight and assists with communication.
