Job Description
- Oversee and manage tenant improvement projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and status reviews to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Mentor and guide junior staff and project team members.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing tenant improvement projects in the commercial construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (, MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam).
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
