Responsibilities include developing and launching proactive Learning and Talent Development strategies aligned with successfully delivering our company strategy.
You will be a strong and visible collaborator with our HR leaders, HR Business Partners, and senior business leaders across the globe to deliver Learning and Talent Development solutions.

Performance Objectives
- Formulate and lead innovative, global Learning and Talent Development strategies with defined processes, programs, platforms and tools that produce diverse, capable, and high performing employees who achieve business goals.
- Build and deploy talent identification, management and succession planning processes and tools that are operationalized throughout the company.
- Transform the way we approach Learning and Talent Development programs, including how we use modern methods to design, create, curate, deliver and measure the effectiveness of learning and development experiences across multiple countries.
- Collaborate and partner with business leaders, employees, and HR and to understand skill gaps and build solutions that develop technical, professional, manufacturing and leadership talent to ensure the company has motivated, competent, high performing employees at all levels, from front line team members to executives.
- Structure and establish an ecosystem that delivers world-class onboarding, leadership, technical, compliance and functionally specific learning globally using multiple platforms and modalities.
- Build the internal capability for an onsemi University that supports learning and development tracks aligned with specific business units and functions that grow talent and careers.
- Align Learning and Talent Development technology with the HR technology team to drive successful integration, implementation and adoption of learning and talent tools that provide a positive employee experience.
- Leverage emerging technologies and approaches (., AI, video automation, mobile, social, virtual) for content creation, delivery, translations, measurement analysis.
- Define and implement appropriate metrics to gauge effectiveness and impact of learning and talent management solutions on organizational performance.
- Develop and coach a team of Learning and Talent Development professionals ensuring that all members are provided with clear expectations & direction and are empowered and held accountable to achieve their goals and perform their jobs.
- 10+ years of related Learning and Talent Development experience and 5+ years of Learning and Talent Development senior leadership experience across US, EMEA and APAC.
- Thought leadership and practical experience in the Learning and Talent Development landscape in a high growth and highly competitive environment.
- Demonstrated experience working across highly matrixed organizations that require high levels of influence, relationship-building, and agility to secure necessary support for talent development initiatives.
- Demonstrated capability to interact directly with C-level leaders.
- Proven experience developing, continually advancing and scaling global Learning and Talent Development programs, systems and guidelines based on business needs and long-range objectives.
- Strong project management, people management and team building / collaboration skills.
- Resilient with a high level of personal integrity and energy.
- Strong business acumen, capable of connecting business goals to Learning and Talent Development practices to drive the most impactful investments.
- Ability to influence at all levels through clear, informed, and logical business justification and discussion.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems and content providers, and the ability to glean talent insights from HR and organizational data.
- Proven experience in successfully managing through change, driving cultural change, and achieving deliverables against aggressive deadlines.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience in the global semiconductor, manufacturing, and high-tech industries.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, practices, and disciplines, with expertise in managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Additional certifications and memberships (., SHRM, SPHR, ATD, SIOP).
