We are seeking a Store Manager to support the day to day operations of our organization. Candidate must be a quick learner, team player, have a friendly demeanor, and a can do attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the overall operations, maintenance, and morale of the store
- Coordinates store operations by organizing priorities to accomplish sales and profit goals
- Trains sales associates using company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals
- Participate in monthly P&L review
- Create exceptional shopping experiences and lead by example
- Support store with system processing, inventory, and chargebacks
- Responsible for resolving customer service issues
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in retail / sales
- 1+ years of experience managing a team
- Proven customer service skills required
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Able to multi-task, think creatively and learn quickly
