Position Overview & Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager
- Interviewing, hiring and developing team members
- Help build and lead a great team
- Hands on management style
- Experience in both FOH and HOH
- Managing proper inventory and staffing levels
- Develops and executes the local store marketing plan to build relationships with civic, business, school, and professional organizations to drive sales and guest counts
- Insuring all food and operational safety policies are followed by all team members
- Must be used to high volume $2.5 million plus
