Ballet Teacher - Wellington, FL

Are you a passionate dance instructor who loves working with children? Ensemble Schools is looking for an experienced Ballet and Pointe Instructor to inspire and nurture the next generation of students at Vantage Pointe Dance Studios.

Our growing studio in Wellington, FL, focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment. We're seeking instructors who can deliver engaging, in-person lessons and contribute to the vibrant dance community.

Our positive classrooms are staffed by amazing teachers who go beyond teaching dance technique to developing important life skills in students because Pointe of Grace Dance Studio is about More Than Just Great Dancing!®

Preference will be given to candidates with availability on Wednesdays from 4 : 00-9 : 00 PM for our regular season from August through May.

Preference will also be given to teachers who are able to teach all of the listed dance styles through advanced levels.

Responsibilities :

• Instructing students in dance techniques across various skill levels (Ages 5-18).
• Strong dance background in ballet required for this position.
• Developing and implementing lesson plans tailored to individual and group needs.
• Choreographing routines for our biannual performances.
• Fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated to the art of teaching dance.
• Provide reliable transportation and pass a routine background check.
• Exhibit traits of dependability, professionalism, enthusiasm, punctuality, and friendliness.

Preferred Qualifications :

Post-secondary dance training experience such as a certificate or degree in dance performance, education, or related fields (not mandatory but a plus).
